The summary in plain English

Summit Labs LLC ("Summit Labs", "we") operates https://summitlabsfl.com. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a visitor or client.

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the site, respond to inquiries, and deliver our services. We do not sell or rent personal data. Like most business websites, we use analytics and advertising tags (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, PostHog) that receive usage signals from your browser — the Cookies and Subprocessors sections below say exactly which and why. Customer data uploaded to Summit Signal may also be governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement when one is executed; see /legal/dpa.

What we collect

  • Information you submit through forms — contact forms, intake forms, scheduling forms.
  • Email correspondence you initiate.
  • Anonymous usage analytics (PostHog) — page views, button clicks, scroll depth — used to improve the site. No PII is captured by default. Identified analytics is reserved for authenticated client portal sessions only.
  • Advertising and measurement signals — Google Analytics 4, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and the Meta Pixel record page views and conversions (e.g. booking a call) so we can measure whether our advertising works. These tags send usage signals to those platforms from your browser.
  • Standard server access logs for security and performance.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry or deliver the service you've engaged us for.
  • To send transactional email related to engagements you've started (intake confirmation, scheduling, deliverables).
  • To improve the site and our services.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate. None receive data beyond what's needed to perform their function:

  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Supabase (database, file storage)
  • Clerk (authentication, when applicable)
  • Anthropic (AI processing — no model training on customer data)
  • Resend (transactional email)
  • Stripe (payments, when applicable)
  • Calendly (scheduling)
  • Sentry (error tracking when enabled, PII-scrubbed)
  • PostHog (product analytics)

Separately from the operational vendors above, the marketing site uses three analytics and advertising vendors that receive usage signals directly from your browser:

  • Google (Analytics 4 and Ads conversion measurement)
  • LinkedIn (Insight Tag)
  • Meta (Pixel)

Your rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you at any time. Summit Signal client requests are handled directly by Summit Labs so we can confirm scope, preserve required audit records, and avoid accidental loss of engagement artifacts.

To make a request, email rob@summitlabsfl.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The marketing site loads four analytics and advertising tags that use cookies or similar identifiers: Google Analytics 4, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Meta Pixel, and PostHog. PostHog uses a first-party cookie and browser storage that persist across visits; the advertising tags set their own identifiers per their platforms' policies. These tags load without a consent banner today; if we add one, it will be opt-in.
