The diagnostic surfaces what the data shows; once Rob is hands-on inside your operations, he consistently uncovers deeper opportunities the diagnostic alone can't surface — which is why most clients move into implementation, automation, or custom work after the report. That said, the recommendations are written so you can take them anywhere. Some teams run the report themselves; some take it to a different implementation partner. We don't gate the recommendations.
